Cancellation Policy
If you no-show, cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your retainer* will be forfeited. We do allow a one-time courtesy reschedule if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance and rebook within 21 days, subject to availability.
Note: Our booking platform refers to this payment as a “deposit,” but in our salon, it is a non-refundable retainer securing your appointment time.
